The Soul: Seven Principles for Psychological and Spiritual Wellbeing
Dear friends and colleagues,
I’m thrilled to share that the second edition of my book,
The Soul: Seven Principles for Psychological and Spiritual Wellbeing,
is now available on Amazon (English and Arabic version)! 📘
This book was born out of a simple truth I witness every day:
So many people are silently struggling—with anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.
But there’s a deeper path to healing… one rooted in timeless wisdom.
In these pages, I share seven powerful principles that can transform your relationship with life:
🌱 Non-Attachment – Free yourself from clinging and disappointment
🌱 Acceptance – Unlock the paradoxical key to true change
🌱 Non-Judgment – Release the habit of labeling your experience
🌱 Unconditional Love – Dissolve shame and open your heart
🌱 Powerlessness – Find strength in surrender
🌱 Gratitude – Alchemize your pain into presence
🌱 Hope – Build bridges to a brighter future
To make this journey even more accessible, I’ve created two free podcast series on YouTube:
